**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.
- Convert leads into qualified prospects and generate sales.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in **Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales** preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in **English, Hindi, or regional languages**.
- Ability to handle rejections confidently and maintain a positive approach.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
