About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Brand Consultant to work with Mercedes-Benz, one of the world's most iconic automotive brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and protecting the brand identity, driving strategic brand initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the brand strategy for Mercedes-Benz across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with core values: luxury, innovation, and performance.
  • Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, brand perceptions, and opportunities.
  • Provide consultancy on brand positioning, storytelling, and communication frameworks for campaigns and product launches.
  • Evaluate existing brand assets and advise on creative direction, tone, and messaging for advertising and digital presence.
  • Monitor brand health KPIs (awareness, perception, equity, etc.) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Work closely with design and creative teams to ensure visual identity adheres to Mercedes-Benz global standards.
  • Guide internal stakeholders and external agencies in implementing branding best practices.
  • Support EV transition branding efforts and Mercedes' commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in brand strategy, brand consultancy, or luxury automotive marketing.
  • Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience working with or for premium brands (automotive or otherwise).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Passion for the automotive industry, especially emerging trends in electric mobility and connected vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience consulting for or working with Mercedes-Benz or competitors (BMW, Audi, Lexus, etc.).
  • Experience in global or multi-market brand management.
  • Fluency in German or other relevant languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with luxury digital transformation trends and brand experience design.

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
