Key Responsibilities:Build and launch Meta ad campaigns that actually scaleAnalyze data like a savage: ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, MER. nothing gets past youWork with creative + landing page teams to push better hooksUse AI tools , Midjourney, Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up testing cyclesTurn 10s of thousands into 100s of thousands in ad spend, profitably We're Looking For:Performance obsessed mind: You need to see numbers improve dailyAI-native: You already use tools like Notion AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT like second natureMeta backend is your playground.
