Position Summary:'

Seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage all HR activities, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.

  • Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues.

  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.

  • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.

  • Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.

  • Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and skill enhancement programs.

  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.

  • Exit Procedures: Manage resignation, exit interviews, and clearance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in HR activities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of MS Office.
