HR Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to employment laws (e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records, registers, and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during compliance audits and inspections.
- Track and ensure timely submission of statutory returns and filings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Conduct internal HR audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Support HR team in employee onboarding, exits, and background verification processes.
- Stay updated with changes in labor legislation and ensure management is informed about new or updated compliance requirements.
- Handle vendor/contract labor compliance documentation and ensure contractors follow legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and organizational information at all times.
