We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our Mumbai Head Office. This is an individual Contributor role where you will manage end to end HR activities for a small sized team, ensuring smooth operations at the Head Office.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle end to end recruitment process (sourcing , screening , coordination , on boarding).
  • Manage attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for monthly payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF , ESIC , Gratuity, etc)
  • Support employee engagement and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Assist in basic HR operations, documentation , and coordination.
  • Policy formation and implementation as per market and requirement of the organisation.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduate/ MBA in HR with 5 to 10 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Basic knowledge of statutory compliances.
  • Good Communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks.
