We’re looking for an HR Generalist who can be the backbone of our people function – from hiring and onboarding to engagement and compliance.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.- Coordinate with leadership on manpower planning and organizational development.- Support performance management processes and training initiatives.Requirements- 3–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What We Offer- Opportunity to shape HR processes in a high-growth D2C brand.- A young, driven, and collaborative work culture.- Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
