We’re looking for an HR Generalist who can be the backbone of our people function – from hiring and onboarding to engagement and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). Maintain HR policies, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives. Coordinate with leadership on manpower planning and organizational development. Support performance management processes and training initiatives. Requirements 3–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
