About Us
At Hyuman, we’re building one of India’s fastest-growing femcare brands, trusted by lakhs of women every month. We’re looking for an HR Generalist who can be the backbone of our people function – from hiring and onboarding to engagement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with leadership on manpower planning and organizational development.
- Support performance management processes and training initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
