Job Objective

The Submission Officer is responsible for managing client application submissions by ensuring accurate documentation, effective CV preparation, and proactive resume marketing. This role requires strong research, coordination, and communication skills to match client profiles with international job opportunities and facilitate smooth employer interactions.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify client/application documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Collect all required forms, certificates, and supporting documents before submission.
  • Verify client profiles and prepare CVs with accurate skills, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Search international job portals for suitable positions based on client skills, qualifications, and target countries.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify job opportunities and match client profiles effectively.
  • Get a good number of interviews for clients and facilitate offer letter release.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit applications to employers within specified timelines.
  • Maintain logs, track submissions, follow-ups, and resume marketing activities.
  • Ensure client CVs align with target roles, countries, and employer requirements.
  • Provide updates to the Processing Officer on submissions, responses, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for additional requirements or clarifications.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits, reporting, and client follow-ups.
  • Generate reports on submissions, resume marketing progress, and pending applications.
  • Build and maintain connections with employers and recruiters, leveraging knowledge of various international job portals to align networking efforts and secure opportunities for candidates.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Proficient in international recruitment processes, compliance, documentation, and work visa requirements.
