Job Summary:

we are seeking a
Technical Recruitment Profile Evaluator
with strong expertise in modern technologies to assess and screen candidate profiles before they are shared with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a
solid technical background
combined with a recruiter's eye for matching the right skills to the right role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate
    candidate profiles/resumes
    against job descriptions across multiple technology domains.
  • Identify and validate
    core technical skills
    in areas such as:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • DevOps & Infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD)
  • Cybersecurity & SOC Operations
  • Data Engineering & Analytics (Python, SQL, Spark, Hadoop)
  • AI/ML & Generative AI tools
  • Full-stack Development (Java, .NET, , React, Angular)
  • Collaborate with recruiters to
    shortlist the best-fit candidates
    quickly and accurately.
  • Stay updated with
    emerging technologies
    and skill trends to improve evaluation accuracy.
  • Provide
    screening feedback reports
    to the recruitment team for transparency and decision-making.
  • Where required, conduct
    initial technical discussions
    with candidates to validate their expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, IT, or related field
    .
  • 5–10 years of
    hands-on technical experience
    (engineering, architecture, or technical consulting) and/or prior
    technical recruitment exposure
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    multiple technology stacks and frameworks
    .
  • Ability to
    translate technical jargon
    into business/recruitment language.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with
    ATS/Recruitment tools
    and
    assessment platforms
    (e.g., HackerRank, Codility, iMocha) is a plus.
