Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Draft and post job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
  • Maintain candidate database and communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer letters with team leads.
  • Oversee onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction.
  • Maintain HR records attendance, leaves, contracts, and evaluations.
  • Support payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of details.
  • Assist in building a positive team culture and handling internal communication.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
  • Support management in organizing training sessions, reviews, and HR initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and people management skills.
  • Comfortable handling multiple creative hiring roles simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiar with HR tools, Google Workspace, and Excel documentation.
  • Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor that aligns with Studio Cahayas creative and people-first culture.
