Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Recruiting Operations Intern, located in Hyderabad. The intern will assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and conducting initial screenings. Additionally, they will support the HR team with various administrative tasks and participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Experience with candidate sourcing and screening
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in technology, blockchain, and AI
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
