Job Responsibilities

  • Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements shared by clients.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of IT skill sets and market trends in the domestic job market.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare reports on recruitment activities.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with job portals such as , Monster, etc., is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of IT terminologies and roles (e.g., Java Developer, .Net Developer, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably IT, HR, or related fields).
