About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven
IT Recruitment Consultant
to join our APAC talent acquisition team. The role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technology talent across the Asia-Pacific region, while partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, an in-depth understanding of the APAC talent landscape, and proven success in delivering within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
    for IT positions across APAC (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage talent through job boards, professional networks, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
  • Build and maintain a strong
    talent pipeline
    for critical technology roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Cloud Specialists, Data Engineers, Cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.).
  • Ensure excellent
    candidate experience
    throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
  • Stay updated on
    market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
    across APAC markets.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the IT talent market.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in
    IT recruitment
    , ideally within APAC markets.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles and skills (cloud, software development, data, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Excellent
    sourcing and headhunting skills
    with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across different countries with strong time management and prioritization.
  • Familiarity with
    local employment practices
    and cultural nuances across APAC countries.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
