Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals
  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions to match suitable profiles
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate technical and communication skills
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers or clients
  • Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Build strong relationships with consultants and maintain an active candidate pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, IT, or related field)
  • 0.6 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (US staffing experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of various IT skills and technologies (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
