Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including identifying, hiring, and placing skilled IT professionals in Full-Time, W2, and Contract roles. Responsibilities will include managing relationships with clients and candidates, identifying and engaging with active and passive candidates, and working collaboratively with account management teams to meet staffing goals. The role will also involve negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Recruitment, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Hiring processes
  • Experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Experience in IT staffing or a related industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is a plus
