Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 4 to 10 Years. Minimum 4+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects.

Employment Type: Full-Time | 6 Days Working | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

Experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead the functional design, configuration, and support of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules. The role involves requirement gathering, solution delivery, integration, testing, training, and user enablement across key finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, COPA).
  • Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and prepare functional specifications for RICEFW/WRICEF objects.
  • Conduct unit testing, UAT, and provide support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with MM, SD, PS, and HR modules.
  • Handle banking integration, API interfaces, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS).
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, user manuals, and deliver end-user training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support for system improvements, enhancements, and change requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong domain knowledge in Finance, Taxation, Controlling, and Cost Accounting.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 HANA FICO with COFI integration.
  • Practical experience in GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, and Asset Management.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori, RICEFW/WRICEF objects, and integration with external tools (e.g., Tally, Banking APIs).
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance; professional qualifications like CA Inter, ICWA, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with business stakeholders.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in manufacturing companies.
