Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our Hyderabad team on a permanent payroll. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with proven experience in implementation, configuration, and support across global business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules to align with business requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Perform requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and system testing.
  • Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO with MM, SD, and PP modules.
  • Support financial closing activities (month-end, quarter-end, year-end).
  • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work with ABAP developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver best practices and innovative SAP solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders).
  • Experience with full-cycle implementations and support projects.
  • Solid understanding of integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.
  • Expertise in financial processes, reporting, and controlling concepts.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with S/4HANA Finance.
  • SAP FI/CO Certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to global rollout projects.
