JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To develop & Control Sales of Distributors and Field Staff
- Lead a team of professionals, Commission agents
- Networking of dealers for Expansion and business development.
- Promotional activities with Health Professionals, Retailers and Dealers.
- Manage and control the sales, promotional activities, to achieve sales objectives.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Age around 30-35 years.
- Minimum 7-10 years experience with at least 2- 3 years as manager in sales & marketing.
- Preferable experience with Surgical / Orthopaedics supports / implants in a company.
- Should be able to travel 10-12 days every month outside HQ.
- Responsible for promoting and/or selling the organizations products across multiple or non-specified channels.
- Sales planning, Strategy Implementation & Execution for desired result.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, trends, and market insights.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive results.
