Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes, and managing operational workflows. The role involves coordinating with different teams, analyzing and improving operational performance, and maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Proficient in Operations and Operations Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating and improving processes
  • Experience in real estate operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
