Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generator, located in Prayagraj. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential leads, researching prospects, contacting potential customers, and maintaining a database of leads. They will also collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies, manage documentation, and ensure follow-up communication with prospects to convert leads into opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Lead generation and customer prospecting skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in maintaining client databases and records
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM software and lead tracking systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing roles is an added advantage
