Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Prayagraj for a Renewal Collection Specialist. The responsibilities include managing debt collection and cash collection processes efficiently, ensuring timely renewal of policies, and providing exceptional customer service. Other day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients to address payment-related inquiries, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with internal departments to achieve collection targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to manage client interactions professionally
- Knowledge and understanding of Finance as it relates to the insurance industry
- Proficiency in using financial systems and tools for record-keeping and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
