Role Overview:
We're looking for a
Strategic Partnerships Manager
— someone who can open doors, build strong alliances, and drive growth through brand-led collaborations and corporate tie-ups.
This role is for a go-getter who can think strategically like a marketer and execute like a salesperson.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build
partnerships with brands, corporates, and institutions
(FMCG, retail, education, lifestyle, parenting, BFSI, etc.) to drive subscriber growth. - Design and execute
co-branded campaigns, loyalty tie-ups, and bundled offers
with ecosystem partners. - Create
B2B2C channels
— like hospitals, schools, malls, housing societies, and corporate employee benefit programs. - Collaborate with marketing to leverage partnerships for brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle — outreach, negotiation, closure, and performance tracking.
- Develop a network of affiliate partners and parenting communities to build strong referral-led acquisition.
- Work closely with leadership on revenue projections and partnership ROI metrics.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in
strategic alliances, partnerships, or B2B sales
, ideally in consumer tech, FMCG, or D2C. - Proven track record of closing meaningful partnerships and building scalable sales channels.
- Strong network in brand, media, or corporate ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with building from scratch and leading execution hands-on.
