Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations by managing quotations, service registrations, approvals, and overall process hygiene within the system. The role demands strong coordination across internal teams, attention to detail, and a balance of assertiveness with a customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee preparation and validation of quotations, proposals, and service documents.
• Manage and ensure accurate service registration and renewal processes in internal systems.
• Act as the first-level approver for quotations and service-related transactions.
• Conduct regular hygiene checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in sales data and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and Finance teams to streamline workflows.
• Track and improve operational efficiency across sales support functions.
• Support the Director in reporting, dashboards, and decision-making.
• Maintain a customer-centric and service-oriented mindset while enforcing process discipline.
Desired Profile:
• Graduate/Postgraduate with 15–20 years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Support in an IT / Services organization.
• Strong understanding of quotation processes, sales cycles, and CRM systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data handling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — assertive yet approachable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive timely closures.
