Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and polite manner
  • Handle, maintain, and file important company documentation and records with confidentiality
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office communications
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area and maintain office discipline
  • Manage courier, mail, and deliveries (inward/outward documentation tracking)
  • Support HR and Administration in preparing and maintaining confidential employee or company files
  • Maintain office supplies and assist in basic administrative tasks
  • Ensure reception area is well-maintained, presentable, and welcoming
  • Maintain confidentiality in all office-related matters and sensitive documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a related administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Hindi, and Bengali
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and record-keeping
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
  • High sense of confidentiality and integrity in handling documents

Other Requirements

Candidate Location – Kolkata (preferable)

Experience in the relevant field – 1 year (preferable)
