Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Business Head for a reputed Manufacturing industry (Garment)  at the Kolkata (Chandipur)location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall production and operation of the Garment unit, optimizing on productivity, quality and delivery schedule.
  • Implement global operational standards and lean management
  • Set up product development section for new product line
  • Develop trained manpower and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Responsible to guide and develop a team of professionals to run the unit successfully through Quality audits and Customer audits
  • Address customer concerns and ensure customer delight
  • Ensure healthy IR environment and create a self motivated team of workforce
  • Support management with relevant business data & MIS
  • Ensure healthy P&L for the unit's sustainability and growth.
