Job Description

Role Head Chef

Salary : 20k - 30k / month Food Accommodation
Eligibility : Similar 2 years experience with specialisation in similar role with expertise in usion dishes also cooking contemporary dishes

Location : Kolkata, West Bengal

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the overall kitchen operations efficiently.
Plan, prepare, and present high-quality dishes consistently.
Create and design menus based on season, trends, and customer preferences.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
Manage food costing, inventory, and minimize wastage.
Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure teamwork and productivity.
Coordinate with the management and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and maintain vendor relations.
Innovate and introduce new recipes or dishes to enhance the menu.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
Sound knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene protocols.
Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
