We have an urgent opening for the position of Senior Sales Manager for a reputed company at the Navi Mumbai(Koparkhairane) Location.

Job Description:

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Generating New clients, Building relations with them.
  • Working in partnership with the BD team, developing a sales team 
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budget
  • Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes
  • Making Branding and designing strategy
  • Marketing strategy
  • Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems
  • Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive steps
  • Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff
  • Inspire repeat business from clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy
  • Calm, polite, and professional behavior
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Proven experience developing business and generating new clients, Visit client office
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • Master's degree a plus
  • Proven experience in Sales in the same industry
  • Willingness and ability to travel
