Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller sales role located in Kolkata at Justdial. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote various services offered by Justdial and generate sales leads.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
  • Knowledge of the local market and customer base
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
