Job Overview

We are seeking a confident and proactive Customer Support Executive (Telecalling Associate) with excellent communication skills to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, supporting our internal team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination in the technical textile and garments industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (database/leads provided).
  • Clearly explain company products (textiles, garments, kidswear, etc.).
  • Identify client needs and arrange appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture existing leads.
  • Maintain lead records, call logs, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with sales & marketing for campaign follow-ups.
  • Handle basic product/pricing/availability queries.
  • Ensure polite and professional communication at all times.

Requirements

  • Min. 1 year experience in telecalling or customer service (B2B preferred).
  • Fluency in English is a must (Hindi & Bengali also required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM tools.
  • Ability to understand technical products (training provided).
  • Positive, target-driven, and quick learner.

Preferred: Prior experience in B2B calling, interior product sales, or construction-related services.
