Role & responsibilities - Role: Telecaller Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Telecaller Auditor to monitor, evaluate, and audit telecalling interactions. The role ensures quality, compliance, and process efficiency, with direct reporting to the Managing Director.


Key Responsibilities

Audit inbound & outbound telecalling calls for quality, compliance, and accuracy.

Evaluate communication, sales techniques, and customer handling.

Share audit reports and feedback with management.

Provide constructive coaching to telecalling staff.

Suggest process and performance improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

13 years experience in call auditing / telecalling / quality analysis.

Strong communication in English & Hindi.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & reporting skills).

Strong listening, observation, and feedback skills.
