Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Tele calling:
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and leads from provided lists.
  • Provide detailed information about our IT products and services.
  • Answer client queries and resolve issues related to our offerings.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Sales:
  • Promote and sell IT solutions and services to potential clients.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Reporting:
  • Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and telecalling activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in IT or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling and sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with IT products and services is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
