Position Overview

As the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at ViralMint Media, you will be a key member of the

executive team responsible for developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic

initiatives. Your role is to align all departments around growth-centric objectives, expand service

offerings, and drive business transformation in a rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

● Strategic Planning & Vision

○ Lead the development and execution of long-term business strategies aligned

with the company's mission and growth goals.

○ Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities in performance

marketing and digital media.

○ Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape the overall direction of the

agency.

● New Market & Service Expansion

○ Drive market entry strategies for new geographies, platforms (e.g., programmatic,

influencer, affiliate), and verticals.

○ Evaluate acquisition, partnership, or investment opportunities to accelerate

growth.

● Cross-Functional Leadership

○ Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Client Success teams to unify

go-to-market strategies and client delivery standards.

○ Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and ensure alignment across

departments.

● Client Growth & Innovation

○ Support the client teams in building scalable, innovative, and data-centric

solutions for high-impact performance marketing campaigns.

○ Work closely with major clients and stakeholders to understand needs and drive

long-term value.

● Data & Performance Oversight

○ Utilize analytics and reporting to monitor business KPIs, forecast revenue

opportunities, and evaluate strategic performance.

○ Oversee the creation of competitive intelligence and market research

frameworks.

● Internal Culture & Thought Leadership

○ Promote a high-performance, innovation-first culture focused on continuous

learning and accountability.

○ Represent ViralMint at industry events, conferences, and publications to position

the agency as a strategic leader in performance marketing.

Qualifications & Experience

● years of experience in strategic leadership roles, preferably within a digital

marketing agency.

● Proven experience in performance marketing, business transformation, or growth

strategy.

● MBA or equivalent experience in strategy, business development, or digital marketing.

● Deep understanding of data analytics, customer acquisition channels, and digital trends.

● Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence

cross-functional teams.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and a bias for action.

● Experience in handling a team of 100+.
