As we expand our operations, we are looking for driven B2B Sales Manager to help grow our customer base and solidify our presence in the fire safety market.

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to promote and sell CAR MEL's range of fire alarm products to businesses, contractors, facility managers, and consultants. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, conducting technical presentations, and managing client relationships to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors

Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, system integrators, consultants, facility managers, and procurement officers

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and site surveys

Prepare and submit quotations and technical proposals

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions based on our product portfolio

Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Maintain accurate sales activity records using CRM software

Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fire alarm systems, electrical equipment, safety products, or low-voltage systems

Strong understanding of the sales process, especially in the B2B/industrial sector

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs

Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive sales approach

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client visits

Preferred Qualifications

Background in fire safety systems or electronic security products

Knowledge of fire Alarm System PA/VA/ CCTV and compliance requirements

Graduate or Diploma or degree in engineering (electrical, electronics, or related field )
