We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales, strengthen retailer/distributor relationships, and ensure product visibility in the assigned territory. The role involves daily market visits, lead generation, sales target achievement, and collecting market insights. Ideal candidates should have FMCG/retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and be comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors daily to promote and sell products.
  • Generate leads, close sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Ensure proper display, stocking, and visibility of products in stores.
  • Educate retailers and staff on product features, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
  • Collect market intelligence (pricing, competitor activity, stock levels, and customer feedback).
  • Monitor secondary sales and suggest initiatives to improve market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and retail staff.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales/marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive field travel and outdoor sales work.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of sales reporting tools or mobile-based reporting apps.
  • High school/diploma/graduate degree in any discipline.
  • If the candidate is a Fresher communication skills should be good and should know Kannada Language.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Good knowledge of the local area and existing market contacts.
  • Experience working with distributors or stockists.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
