Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Night Shift Operations Executive to join our backend operations team. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, report generation, etc.), have prior experience in backend operations, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves supporting both drivers and clients, ensuring smooth coordination, timely reporting, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports using MS Excel.
  • Create and analyze Pivot Tables, charts, and data summaries.
  • Handle backend operational tasks efficiently during the night shift.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and clients via phone/email/chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by drivers or clients.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain logs, shift handover notes, and other documentation as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
