Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Candidate Outreach Specialists to make calls per day to potential candidates. Your primary role will be to inform and engage candidates about available job roles, helping them understand the opportunities and encouraging their interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make daily outbound calls to prospective candidates to share details about open job positions.

  2. Clearly and effectively communicate role requirements and answer candidate questions with professionalism and empathy.

  3. Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate responses for follow-up and reporting purposes.

  4. Develop and refine your communication skills through practical experience and ongoing training.

  5. Learn how to professionally present opportunities and engage candidates in meaningful conversations, enhancing your interpersonal and career development skills.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly phone demeanor.

  2. Ability to consistently make a high volume of outbound calls daily.

  3. Self-driven, patient, and motivated to learn and develop new professional skills.

  4. Positive attitude and resilience in handling varied responses from candidates.
