We're hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager who can build organic reach, lead content strategy, and create engaging digital experiences that connect brands with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each client's brand voice and goals.
  • Grow and manage the organic presence of brands across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and manage content calendars — from concept to posting — ensuring consistent storytelling.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Analyze data and insights to track engagement, reach, and audience behavior.
  • Identify trends, tools, and formats to keep brand content relevant and innovative.
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns when needed, with a focus on engagement and conversions.
  • Engage with online communities and influencers to enhance visibility and trust.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to grow organic reach and engagement across social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, social media algorithms, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and brand storytelling skills.
  • Experience in running and optimizing paid ads is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240, ₹360,000.00 per year
