Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
results-driven PPC Expert with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns
, located in Kolkata. The PPC Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns, performing keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI
and proficient across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
    , and other paid platforms.
  • Conduct
    keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
    to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better conversions.
  • Prepare and present
    performance reports
    with actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets, A/B testing, and bid strategies effectively.
  • Stay updated with the
    latest trends, tools, and best practices
    in paid advertising.

Must Have Experience

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in
    Google Ads & Meta Ads
    campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking, and Tag Manager
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing campaigns
    .
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with creative/strategy teams.

Good To Have

  • Experience with
    LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Programmatic platforms
    .
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Certifications.
  • Familiarity with CRM & marketing automation tools.
