We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running Search, Display, and Performance campaigns, and be able to generate high-quality leads at the lowest possible cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Write compelling ad copies and test variations.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
- Suggest strategies to improve lead quality and ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
- Experience with landing pages, call ads, and lead form ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively.
