SentientGeeks is looking for a **SEO & PPC Expert **who is energetic and passionate about developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC and other techniques to build a lasting digital connection with customers and having good communication skills with impeccable writing skills.

**Applicant should be from West Bengal/ Bihar/ Odisha/ Jharkhand**

**Experience: 4+years in SEO and PPC**
- Good Knowledge on SEO (On Page & Off Page), Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools etc.
- Technical knowledge of SEO, including; keyword research, competitor analysis, comprehensive site audits/optimization and all off-site promotion (strategic and practical), with hands-on experience.
- Experience in social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.,).
- Experience in Paid Ad campaign platforms (Google Ads/ Facebook Ads/ LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience with digital marketing of B2B/IT services/IT products is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Should have team management experience

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Plan, implement, and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.
- Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand presence, engagement, and audience growth.
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and channels to expand brand reach and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Social Book marking, Submission of Directories, Blogs, Articles, Forums.
- Implement link building campaigns in coordination with company’s SEO goals.
- Prepare MIS reports for digital marketing team performance as required.
