We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admission Counsellor to be the guiding force for our students. You will be the crucial link between aspiring students and their academic futures, responsible for understanding their aspirations and matching them with the perfect educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their parents, guiding them through course and college selection.
  • Conduct in-depth counselling sessions (via phone, video call, and in-person) to understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our extensive network of partner colleges, universities, and their programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end admission process, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students through CRM management.
  • Represent FormsADDA at educational fairs, webinars, and other outreach events.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

  • A graduate with 1-5 years of experience in admission counselling, sales, or client-facing roles in the EdTech/Education sector.
  • An exceptional communicator with impeccable English and [Local Language] proficiency.
  • A natural empath, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • A target-oriented professional with a proven track record of meeting sales/counselling goals.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • A self-starter who is proactive, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
