Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our Ranchi location. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing accounts, and providing training to ensure a seamless sales process. Daily tasks will include strategizing and executing sales initiatives, offering excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of the company's reputation in the market.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation and client relationship management
  • Experience in Sales Management and the ability to set and achieve targets
  • Capability to provide effective Training to team members, fostering a productive work environment
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or printing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
