Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO campaigns. You will be the driving force behind our clients' organic search visibility, leveraging your deep expertise in on-page, technical, and off-page SEO to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • On-Page SEO: Conduct in-depth keyword research, optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures to improve search engine rankings.
  • Technical SEO: Perform detailed website audits to identify and resolve technical issues, including site speed, crawlability, indexation, mobile-friendliness, and structured data markup.
  • Off-Page SEO: Build and execute effective link-building and digital PR strategies to enhance domain authority and online reputation.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using key metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, present performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house both acceptable)
  • Expert-level proficiency in:
  • Google Search Console (GSC)
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
  • Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, DeepCrawl
  • All major SEO tools (mandatory working knowledge)
  • Comprehensive, hands-on experience with all aspects of SEO:
  • On-Page Optimization
  • Technical SEO
  • Off-Page SEO & Link Building
  • Proven ability to work with a wide array of All SEO tools for auditing, rank tracking, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of how SEO integrates with other digital marketing channels.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
