Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytical skills, and proven experience in managing ROI-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan data-driven strategies to achieve performance goals such as leads, conversions, revenue, and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement improvements to maximize results.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing page optimization.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend study.
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage digital budgets effectively and ensure targeted cost per result.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, and relevant tools.
  • Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and automation tools (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing large budgets and high-performing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (added advantage).
