Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Ranchi. The Sales Manager will lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities include building and managing a high-performing sales team, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and analyzing market trends. Ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring sales metrics, and preparing regular reports for leadership will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including sales planning, prospecting, and negotiation
  • Proven ability in team leadership, performance management, and coaching
  • Understanding of health insurance products and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in using sales tools and CRM systems
  • Analytical skills to track sales performance and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
