Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ranchi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales processes, developing marketing strategies, and identifying opportunities to promote company products or services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting customer outreach, handling inquiries, providing training to clients or team members as necessary, and assisting in sales management to achieve key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in providing Training and guiding team members or clients on product knowledge and processes
  • Good organizational and analytical capabilities to assess market trends and determine business strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing roles, particularly within similar industries, is an advantage
