We are associated with Engine Brand Mustard Oil, one of India's most trusted and best-selling mustard oil brands with a strong nationwide presence. As part of our expansion in Chhattisgarh, we are looking for driven FMCG sales professionals who can build, grow, and manage dealer networks across their assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and retail dealers in the assigned area.
  • Ensure secondary and primary sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Drive market penetration and brand visibility through effective field coverage.
  • Maintain regular contact with dealers for stock planning, order collection, and issue resolution.
  • Execute promotional and trade marketing activities at retail and wholesale levels.
  • Analyze sales data and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Submit daily/weekly market reports and feedback to the Area Sales Manager.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
    2–6 years of FMCG field sales (preferably in edible oil, food, or grocery segments).
  • Skills:
    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Mindset:
    Field-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused.
  • Other:
    Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone; ready for extensive market travel.
