Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager located in Ranchi. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities, build and maintain client relationships, develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets, and monitor market trends. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing reports, providing feedback to management, and contributing to achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing skills, including experience in lead generation, customer negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a sales team effectively, ensuring high performance and team engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and drive business growth.
  • A good understanding of the insurance sector is an advantage. Experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for managing client data and preparing reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
